Pink Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mezcal Campante (or your favorite mezcal)
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • Grapefruit soda (for topping)
  • Sal de gusano (worm salt) & Tajín (for rim)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

Make this Cocktail

  • Prepare the rim: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip it into a mix of sal de gusano and Tajín.
  • Muddle & Mix: In a shaker, combine fresh grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup (or agave syrup), and mezcal.
  • Shake it up: Add ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
  • Pour & Top: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Top with grapefruit soda for that perfect fizz.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge, serve, and enjoy!
