Pasíon Campante

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mezcal Campante
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1.5 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 oz ginger ale

Make this Cocktail

  • Muddle the Fruit – Add fresh strawberries (or your choice of berries) to a shaker and muddle them well.
  • Add Mezcal & Lime Juice – Pour in 2 oz of Mezcal Campante and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
  • Sweeten It – Add 1.5 oz of simple syrup or agave syrup.
  • Shake It Up – Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  • Prepare Your Glass – Add ice to a serving glass to chill it.
  • Strain & Serve – Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  • Top with Ginger Ale – Pour in 1 oz of ginger ale for a refreshing finish.
  • Stir & Enjoy – Give it a gentle stir and enjoy your Pasíon Campante!
